Why we love it
Le Syndicat's manifesto is simple: only French-produced spirits. No bourbon, no mezcal, no Japanese whisky. Instead, you get extraordinary cocktails built on Cognac, Armagnac, Calvados, and obscure French liqueurs you've never heard of. The graffiti-covered exterior is intentionally off-putting (keeps the tourists out). Inside, the bartending is world-class.
