The front room serves solid tacos and mezcal. But push through the unmarked door at the back and you enter one of Paris's best cocktail bars. The drinks are inventive (mezcal-forward, as you'd hope), the space is intimate and moody, and the crowd is the perfect mix of neighborhood regulars and visitors in the know. The tacos alone are worth the visit.
