The single-origin espresso — one of the best in the city
♦
“One of the original Parisian specialty coffee shops — still quietly excellent after all these years.”
Why we love it
Nicolas Clerc opened Télescope when specialty coffee in Paris was nearly nonexistent. The approach is purist: excellent beans, precise extraction, no fuss. The space is minimal and calm — a welcome respite from the Palais Royal tourist hustle just around the corner. If you care about coffee, you owe this place a visit.
