Boot Café

Don’t miss
The flat white — perfectly textured, every single time
♦
“A shoe-box-sized café in the Marais serving some of the best espresso in Paris.”
Why we love it
Boot Café is barely bigger than a closet, but the coffee is world-class. They rotate single-origin beans and pull shots with care that rivals Melbourne's best. There's room for maybe four people inside and a couple of stools outside. Order a flat white, lean against the wall, and watch the Marais go by.
